Wix Bookings

The Website uses Wix Bookings to manage bookings for psychological sessions, both in- person and online.

 type of service (online / in-person)

Online psychological sessions

If the User books an online psychological session, the service is provided via Google Meet.
The access link for the video call is automatically generated and sent to the User by email to the address provided during the booking process.

 technical data necessary for the connection (e.g. IP address, usage data)
⚠️ Online sessions are not recorded or stored.
Data processing also takes place in accordance with the terms and privacy policy of the
service provider (Google LLC).

The Data Controller uses Google Workspace (Gmail) to manage email communications with Users (e.g. booking confirmations, replies to messages).
