My Approach
The approach I adopt is hermeneutic-phenomenological, a perspective that centers the individuality of the person, understanding their suffering in the light of their unique life history and experiential events.
Suffering is a language to be understood every symptom, every blockage reveals a fracture in the continuity of the self — a point where the person had to renounce something authentic and identity-defining in order to maintain balance or belonging.
Psychological work consists in reconfiguring that fracture, giving voice and meaning back to what had remained silenced, and offering the tools to reconnect with one’s own experience and regain coherence, presence, and freedom of choice. Psychotherapy is a relational, active, and empowering clinical experience that aims to resonate within the person’s existence, guiding it toward more coherent forms of living. Effective psychotherapy holds as its horizon the transformation of the Self: the possibility of modifying one’s ways of experiencing the world — especially the dysfunctional ones — putting life back into motion and enabling the person to open up to new meanings in the face of the events they encounter.
Through words and dialogue, experiences find a place within a narrative framework that feels authentic and one’s own. In this movement, the person regains freedom and the possibility of change. Every psychological journey originates in the past but looks toward the future the past is a eservoir of meaning to explore, not a prison; the present is the space where one can
recompose, redesign and rediscover oneself. My work is not focused on mere adaptation but on the active construction of one’s own way of being through conscious choices, responsibility and the possibility of transformation.
Every person I meet carries within them an unrepeatable world — and within our shared space, I help reconfigure the story, rediscover meaning, and open new possibilities.
I believe that well-being is not the absence of pain, but the ability to listen to oneself, to recognize oneself, and to live in coherence with who one truly is.
